Southwest Ranches has horse properties and small farms for sale. Buyers saved this one 4.2 times more than the rest.

I'm already alerting my Southwest Ranches buyers who asked about land with agricultural zoning. A pool home, a guest house, and a goat farm on one lot is not something you see every week.
