Miami Realtors reported mortgage rates rose to 7.46% in September 2026. That's above 7% for the first time since January 2025, according to Realtor.com. Higher rates slow some buyers. In Weston, they didn't stop them.

Inventory fell hard. That changes the math.

The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 468 homes for sale across Weston in the three months ending August 31, 2026. That's down 16.1% from a year earlier. Fewer choices for buyers. More pressure on pricing for sellers. Nationally, Realtor.com reported 20.8% of listings took a price cut in September, the highest share since October 2022. Weston sellers should know that number before they pick a list price.
